This winter has been one of the coldest winters we have had in years! We used this to our advantage with reading and learning how many different forms of water there are out there. We did the turn hot water into snow trick, bubbles to frozen bubbles and then lots of hot chocolate with tiny marshmallows to warm up our cold fingers.
The boys took advantage of schooling in my room, they normally get to school in the classroom, but because it was so chilly (a warm 0 degrees outside), we got comfy, and learned in the comfort of our pjs.
What do you do do with your school day? Do you have a relaxed day or a more public school atmosphere? I hope where ever you school, your children grow in their knowledge and love of books.
